Meet your host

Hi, I'm Yvette Fox, the woman behind Fox Wellness Kitchen.

I started this kitchen for women like me: busy, tired of being told to eat less and try harder. What actually changed my energy, my strength, and my sleep was simpler than any diet, real food, enough protein and fiber, and understanding the science behind what my body was doing.

So that's what I teach here. I read the research, cook the recipes in my own kitchen, and hand you the version that works on a Tuesday night. Three videos a week, recipes you'll actually repeat, and guides that respect your time.

"You don't need a stricter plan. You need a smarter plate, and someone to show you why it works."
